Kensington HOA holds four quarterly Board of Director meetings each year, along with the HOA Annual Members meeting in January.

January 10, 2024 - Annual Members Meeting 5:30 p.m.
January 10, 2024 - Quarterly BOD Meeting (Immediately following Annual Meeting)
April 4, 2024 - Quarterly BOD Meeting 5:30 p.m.
July 10, 2024 - Quarterly BOD Meeting 5:30 p.m.
October 9, 2024 - Quarterly BOD Meeting 5:30 p.m.
November 2024 TBA - Budget Ratification Meeting
HOA meetings are normally held on the Second Wednesday in January, April, July, and October. Dates are subject to change.
All quarterly meetings and Member's Annual meetings are held after normal business hours beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The Membership Annual meeting is not a Board of Directors meeting, but rather a meeting of homeowners to discuss any topics they choose. The Board and Community Manager will be there to address any homeowner questions or concerns.
The Membership Annual meeting is when the HOA counts the ballots for the Board of Directors Election.
The quarterly meetings are when the Board of Directors discusses and take possible action on agenda items of the Association.
Quarterly meetings are important and informative for homeowners to attend as they provide current information on how the HOA is doing and what will be coming in the future.
The meetings are very informal after the basic business items are dealt with.
At each meeting, there are two comment periods, one for agenda items only and one for general comments at the end of the meeting.
